My anticipated workout schedule for this week:
Sunday--Nike 10K workout (1/2 hour sprinting/hills on treadmill), a bit of running and walking--40 minutes/Free weights
Monday-- ran 4 miles--46 minutes
Tuesday--strength training/pilates
Wednesday--basketball--hurt my knee... I'm too old to dive for a ball.
Saturday--2.5 miles running
